I’m starting the Couch to 5K program today!
Before, I was doing terribly long walks at a medium to low intensity. I was doing this for nearly 3 months and NOTHING changed.
So, hopefully, this program will help. It’s a shorter workout (20 minutes at first) at a higher intensity. Intervals of walking and running. There’s no specific speed or anything like that. I know that a lot of people enjoy it, so I’m giving it a try.
